Try deleting the SSA-1099 that you started. save and close your return. Then restart TurboTax and reopen your return. Be sure to agree to updates when you restart.
Yep...another person with desktop software...went to Forms Mode to delete the SS benefits worksheet.
Then returned to the regular interview to re-enter it successfully.
Don't know what's casein this for some users.
