Canadian to US tax form equivalent

1. T5013- Schedule K-1 (1065)

T5008 Form 1099-B

NR4 enter as estimated taxes

T2062B 1099-R

T4RSP TurboTax had a section Canadian Registered Pension Income

NR4(OAS) No equivalent

 

2. Capital Loss Carryover- in Investments and Savings section, if you have passive loss carryovers, they would be embedded in Rental section.

 

3. The U.S.-Canada tax treaty exempts 15% of these benefits from U.S. tax.   A foreign tax credit may be claimed on the U.S. return for Canadian taxes paid on CPP and OAS benefits.
