Can you help with explaining what the (missing) info is on form 1099R-1 (which we don't have?) We do have 1099R though.

1099R-1 refers to the first 1099R on the return. Did you enter every number on the form? Look at boxes 1, 2a, 4, 7, 12, and 13 as well as the provider's name, address, and federal ID number.

The box number 7 on the 1099R has a 2 in it. However, it has in that box on turbo tax  no entry. I can’t type the number 2 in it. What do I do???

Enter a 1099R under

Federal Taxes on the left side

Wages & Income at the top

Then scroll way down to Retirement Plans and Social Security,

Then IRA, 401(k), Pension Plans (1099R) - click Start or Revisit
