Can someone advise re this 1099 screen: It says"You entered Pennsylvania withholding tax on the following Forms 1099. Forms 1099 that shows PA withholding"

My only 1099's are 2 for interest income (@$1300)- I uploaded screen shots of them and entered the interest as addl income and it all made sense on my federal BUT suspiciously, my state PA return summary page shows 2x as much state tax withheld as my w2 shows (and they're mistakenly giving me a huge state refund I think is wrong) yet I can't find where/why Turbotax is doubling the stateb tax withheld except for what is mentioned on this one page... why would the turbo screen say "You entered Pennsylvania withholding tax on the following Forms 1099. Forms 1099 that shows PA withholding" I didn't enter PA withholding re a 1099?? I'm stuck...
