Can I use turbo tax to complete form 8606 for a previous year?

I need to file form 8606 for 2014.

The form 8606 is a "stand alone" form which means you can file it by itself since you can sign it ... no program needed just fill in the form...  https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-prior/f8606--2014.pdf

If you really want to mess with the program to fill it in then you have to buy, download & install the 2014 Deluxe program + your state program to open the tax file & complete that form.
