Can I still file my taxes if I haven't received my 1099 paperwork from one of my jobs?

I worked for a bubble tea place for like one week and they never sent me my 1099 form and I don't really remember what I filled out during that time. The manager doesn't speak English very well and I want to know the best way to go about this.

If you are an employee you should get Form W-2. If all attempts fail to get a W-2 then you can file a substitute W-2 using Form 4852. You would have to print and mail your return.

You need to report all income on your tax return. If you forget to include a form when you filed then you have to file an amended return (1040X) to make changes. But please wait until your refund or payment is processed. Please be aware that you can e-file your 2021 amended federal tax return, but most states require amendments to be printed and filed by mail. Please see How to amend a tax return for instructions.
