Can I have Soc Sec and Medicare that were withheld from my check which was for being an Election Judge and was for $1750.00 be refunded?

Unfortunately, the Social Security and Medicare that was withheld from your earnings as an election judge can't be refunded.  There's no provision for it under the law.
