- If it was received as payment for goods & services
- It will be taxed as regular income.
- When you dispose of it, it will be a Capital Gain
- If you purchased it, got it as a gift, or received an Airdrop it is not taxable until you sell, exchange, dispose, or purchase something with the coins.
- This will be treated as Capital Gains.
