Can I file a 2017 retirement plan of $121.00 I received from a past employer I forgot for this year?
Can I add last year's to this year even if not employed with past employer?

You can only file in the year it was from eg 2017.
You will have to file an amended return for 2017, it CANNOT be added to you 2018 return.
