The last tax year for the 1040EZ was 2017. Some 1099s could be entered into the EZ form.
Beginning tax year 2018, the Forms1040, 1040A, and 1040EZ have all been consolidated into one new simplified 1040 form with six possible supporting schedules (1-6).
You can still use Free Edition to enter some 1099s, such as 1099-R, INT, DIV, and OID. However, if you received more than $1,500 in interest or dividend income, chances are you will need to file a Schedule B, which requires an upgrade to Deluxe. A 1099-MISC also requires an upgrade to at least Deluxe.

Can I use the 1040ez if I have a form 1099r?
The IRS form 1040-EZ was discontinued several years ago as part of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. The replacement IRS form 1040 is relatively simple. See here.
