Can I combine multiple 1099-R forms from the same IRA account into one entry?

I received four 1099-R forms from the same IRA account.  Apparently, a different form from each fund that I withdrew from.  Wondering if I can simply enter them as one entry in Turbo Tax

All your 1099-R forms should be entered separately. 

They were sent to the IRS separately and the information needs to match what the IRS has on file.
