Can I change nfo on a 1099R?

You should enter your Form 1099-R exactly as it appears.

If you made a mistake on your entry and need to change it, please follow these instructions: 

• Click "Take Me To My Return"
• Click "Federal" from the left side of your screen
• Scroll down and click "Edit/Add" next to "IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R)" 
• Click "Edit" next to your Form 1099-R and make the needed changes
