State Street Retiree Services for Kaiser Permanente Retirement Plan does not appear as a Payer.

Are you trying to import the 1099-R? State Street Retiree Services is not a TurboTax import partner, so you cannot import the 1099-R. You have to enter it manually.

Don't type the bank name or try to import it.
At the bottom pick - Change How I enter my Form

Then on the next screen pick - I'll Type it in Myself

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see the Change How I Enter My Form button.   On the next screen, scroll down and click on the I'll type it in myself button.
