Yes, Box 14 is of no concern unless it is reporting an obscure tax, and the people that pay these taxes know they are reported in Box 14 and know what code to choose.

You can choose "Other, not listed"

Where would I get the "contributions made to the plan" for my pension? I used the General Rule, NOT the 3 year method. I can't get past this point on the NJ state return
