Best age to claim Social Security
There's no right answer. If you start collecting before full retirement age, your benefit will be reduced, but you will collect it longer. If you delay retirement past your FRA, your benefit will increase, up until you turn age 70. (It won't go higher after that.). Your full retirement age is based on your birthdate and will be between age 65 and age 67 depending on your birthdate.

it all depends on how much money you have on your 401k or IRA, if you have $500k on either one, wait until you are 67.
