I inherited my deceased wife's Traditional IRA accounts in 2019. How do I report her nondeductible contributions in addition to my nondeductible contributions when my future RMD will include the inherited IRAs. TurboTax currently retains both bases individually.

Inherited IRA's must be kept totally separate from your own IRA. The basis on a 8606 for must be in the deceased's name. TurboTax does not support a separate 8606 for an inherited IRA. That can only be prepared manually on paper and attached to a mailed tax return.
However, when inherited from a spouse, you can choose to treat it as your own IRA and add the basis to your own basis. Your financial institution can make a trustee-to-trustee transfer of the IRA inherited form your spouse into your own IRA.
Thanks for the help in understanding the technical tax treatment and reporting requirement for my situation.
