Are my contributions to my nonqualified 409A deferred compensation plan tax deductible similar to 401k contributions? Thank you.
A 409A plan is a non-qualified deferred compensation plan which in general, allows you to defer higher amounts than qualified plans. The amounts you defer are not deductible.
