Answers to retirement questions

Is this how TurboTax thinks they are answering retirement questions - 'JUST by sending LINKS' to the retirees?  Don't you think retirees need more interventions?  After paying so much to TurboTax we must deserve better than this.

Sorry for the all the links!

You may have added services that caused the cost of TurboTax to seem so high.  You can always remove those services prior to check out.  One of the links is just a guide on how to remove the various services to reduce the fees.
