I receive a small monthly pension check from my first career, but I still work full time at my second career. Does this qualify me as retired on my Ohio tax forms?

If you are still earning income reported to you on a W-2 or if you are self-employed and have not reported your business as closed, sold or otherwise disposed of, then you are not retired.
I myself retired from 20 years of military service back in 1998. But even today I am not retired, as I am self-employed.
Thanks, Carl. That answers my question.
