To enter money you took from your retirement account:

To enter your retirement income, Go to  Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA  401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.

For a 1099INT:

Go to Federal>Wages and Income>Interest and Dividends>Interest on 1099INT

Do you mean you cannot import your 1099INT and 1099R? You can enter it manually by scrolling down and click on "I'll type it in myself".
