403b contribution for Dec 2023 work but 1/5/24 paycheck

Hi all-

My paycheck for the last 2 weeks of Dec (17-30) was issued on 1/5/24. Would the 403b contribution be counted toward my 2023 or 2024 max?

Ask your employer.  Your W-2 will show the total amount that applies to 2023.  Don't try to file before receiving your W-2 and any other informational forms you expect to be receiving by the end of January or shortly thereafter.
