I am 60, For 2019, I have contributed full allowed amount in 401k and full allowed amount in Roth. Can I still contribute in Traditional IRA?

401k + roth + traditional IRA

The $7,000 IRA contribution limit applies to your traditional and Roth IRAs combined.  If you've already contributed $7,000 to a Roth IRA, you cannot contribute any more to any kind of IRA.  If your Roth contribution for 2019 already made was instead made to a designated Roth account account in your 401(k), that's not a Roth IRA and does not affect the amount that you can contribute to a traditional or Roth IRA.
