2023 Form 1099-R Line 9a - no percentage on my form

I finished my taxes in Turbo Tax Deluxe and ran the Smart Check.  It is giving me an error on Form 1099-R line 9a.  Both of our 1099-R forms have this empty in line 9a.  

Please advise.

If you do not have information related to box 9a or 9b on your Form 1099-R, then just make sure to leave this information blank (no amount and no $0) and this should get rid of the error and allow you to efile.

If you are still getting an error message, then delete the Form 1099-R and re-enter the information without putting any $0 amounts in boxes that are meant to be blank.

I actually went into the 1099-R forms and deleted the 0.00 is line 9a.  It worked great and I didn't need to delete and re-enter everything that was downloaded from my financial institution.  Thank you!
