I retired in 2021 and my return has been accepted. I neglected to include 1099-Rs for transfers of 401k money to be rolled over and combined with accounts held by a different employer.  All of the funds were rolled over, so I assume they won't affect my taxes.  Do I need to amend my return to include these 1099s?

Yes, you can file an amended return, but you may not have to.   Should I File an Amended Return?

You're correct that it should not affect your tax return, and you don't have to rush.  Do not file an amended return until the original is completely processed.  You have 3 years from April 18th, 2022 to file the amendment.
