Will I receive a 1099R from my financial institution if I did not have any distribution from a ROTH IRA?

No.  Since you did not take anything out in 2019 you will not receive a 1099-R.  The 1099-R is only to report distributions made from a retirement account.

Thanks. I thought that was the case but couldn’t find validation anywhere.
