1099R Rollover with Distribution Codes box not checked?

In  2017 I rolled over a 403B from one account into another 403B account. The  1099-R sent to me by the company I rolled over from had correctly labeled the rollover Distribution Code as "G,"  but the box next to Item 7, Distribution Codes,/IRA/SEP/SIMPLE, isn't checked. The company says that is right, as I didn't take possession. Turbotax doesn't like this and seemingly expects the box to be checked. How do I resolve?

It ok to affirm that the IRA/SEP/SIMPLE box  is not checked.  If it is not checked on the form, TurboTax will ask to be sure you have accidently not checked it.

As you know, your 403(b) is not an IRA/SEP/SIMPLE. Your 403(b) is an employer-sponsored retirement account.  The difference between your plan and a 401(k), which also would not have any of these boxes checked, is that your retirement plan is for a tax-exempt employer.

TurboTax continues to ask several questions which may seem redundant but need to clarify the distribution is a Rollover and should not be taxed.
