1099R FEIN

My 1099R has a FEIN as a whole number and without a dash between 2nd and 3rd digits. Is this why my return was rejected?

What does the IRS rejection say? Do you have a code number?

Is it code F1099R-502-02? Federal ID Number on a 1099-R does not match the IRS records.
