1099Div shows United Kingsom in box 7. Is this taxable income?

It sounds as like you had some dividends from the United Kingdom, and they would have been included in Box 1.  Those dividends would be taxable.  Box 7 indicates that there were some foreign taxes withheld from your dividends.  You may be entitled to a credit for some of those taxes, if so TurboTax will calculate it automatically.
