1099-R Who paid me? When? Where? Why? How come I don't have the money?

I received no pension or annuity and haven't got the vaguest clue who's name to put on this.

Check to see if there is a Form 1099-R is your tax return list, if so delete the Form 1099-R

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Tools

Click on Delete a form
