I am a retired pastor and receive a 1099-R for my pension withdrawals. The 2b box is checked indicating Taxable Amount Undetermined.
The funds I receive from the pension fund are allowed to be treated as housing allowance if supported by actual expenses of operation of a home. When I input the 1099-R information I am not directed to any means to indicate this is housing allowance and not taxable.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Upon retirement, the IRS allows credentialed ministers of all established church denominations to declare a housing allowance on distributions from their retirement accounts. That means the portion of your distributions used for housing expenses is excludable from gross income for income tax purposes.
TurboTax has a Help article to guide you in excluding your housing allowance from your retirement distribution.
