Can you please provide more details about your distribution? What is your code in box 7? To confirm this was a distribution from an IRA? Depending on how you are answering the follow-up question the income might not be taxable (for example a rollover).

Thanks, it was the follow-up questions that were blocking this from being processed. Everything was coded correctly, I did not answer the total value of IRA questions, and that was the problem. Thank you for the quick response.
