There is more than one question about RMDs in TurboTax. What is the exact "RMD question" that TurboTax is asking you - the entire question, word for word?

What kind of plan is the 1099-R from. Be specific.

What is the date of your mother's death?
What is her date of birth?

Whose name and Social Security number are shown as the recipient on the 1099-R?

What is the distribution code in box 7 of the 1099-R?

Is the IRA/SEP/SIMPLE box checked on the 1099-R?
