1099-R Box 11 I have noting in this box on the 1099 Form. Turbo Tax will not let me keep it blank. What do I put in that box?

I have a 1099-R from Fidelity and Box 11 has noting in it. Turbo Tax will bot let me keep it blank. What do I do?

Delete the Form 1099-R and then re-enter the Form 1099-R manually.
