Hello, I am currently using TurboTax to file this year. I work as a freelance consultant. I have two clients, both of which are individuals (i.e. not businesses technically) and I am paid through Venmo. I'm filling out two 1099-Ks; I do not make enough for Venmo to send me one. The form is asking for a Filer's federal ID number (TIN). If I'm understanding correctly the "Filer" is my client. How do I get a TIN number for them??

Why are you trying to fill out a 1099-K if you didn’t get one?
Just enter your total income as Other self employment income or as Cash or General income. You don't need to get a 1099NEC or 1099Misc or 1099K. Even if you did you can enter all your income as Cash. Only the total goes to schedule C.
How to enter income from Self Employment
When I go to file through TurboTax, it asks me to enter my income for my consulting work. The income I received for this work was entirely through electronic payments from processing companies (i.e. Venmo) and that requires me to fill out a 1099-K.
You don’t need the 1099-K. That’s only if they sent you one. You can’t make one up if you didn’t get it. You only need to report your self employment income from your own records. It doesn’t matter how they paid you. You can say it was all cash.
You can enter one total for all your income. You don’t need to enter it individually. As I said above…..
Actually I would just enter your total income as Other self employment income or as Cash or General income. You don't need to get a 1099NEC or 1099Misc or 1099K. Even if you did you can enter all your income as Cash. Only the total goes to schedule C.
