Tax Year 2020: Turbo debit card

Im having a big problem, i can not activate my turbo tax card, my stimulus money is on the card. When i enter my social and card number, it gives me card information over the phone. But when i tried a million times to activate my card it saids something is invalid. Like if im entering my birthday wrong or something. WHO can i speak to???????they is only an automated system!!i need to speak to a human who can activate my card so i can use my stimulus money and tax money on my @turbotaxdebit Please help

• I have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, there is nothing more you need to do. You will be able to immediately use the stimulus funds upon deposit. You can sign in to your account to check your balance here: https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/login 

• I no longer have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, don’t worry. If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account (https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/account/report-lost-or-stolen). If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance. You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.

Tell us when we’re getting our money. It’s no excuse we don’t have our money on ours cards. I hope no one likes this comment until somebody actually tries to HELP!!

My e-file was accepted by the federal government March 10th and I still have no money please find out where it is

Where is my refund?  Why did Turbo tax take  $110 from my account.  It is supposed to be free.  Also supposed to be refunded back to my account.

I was notified I will be getting $ back from my taxes and have received the turbo card but the card has no funds available at all. How do I transfer the money to the card????? Please help asap I am in desperate need

You're not the only one! I am eligible i have filed and already gotten my refunds back in february. **bleep** irs tool keeps saying the same crap...my payment status is unavailable either bc they dont have enough info or im not eligible. Cant get the irs to answer. I am at a loss. I read online many others havent gotten theirs neither yet.
