I am eligible i have filed and already gotten my refunds back in february. **bleep** irs tool keeps saying the same crap...my payment status is unavailable either bc they dont have enough info or im not eligible. Cant get the irs to answer. I am at a loss. I read online many others havent gotten theirs neither yet.
