So yesterday I checked the IRS site and clicked get my payment, it showed it was a scheduled deposit for April 15th. I used a turbo card for 2018 and 2019 and it showed my account for 2019 as where I would be getting my stimulus deposit. But still no money on my turbo card and when you call the number on the back of the card you can't actually speak to a live person! where is my money ??? If IRS is saying that's where they sent my money, why I still don't have no money ?? Anyone else having the same issue ? Can anyone give me some insight ?

Having the exact same issue here. I can not get in contact with turbo whatsoever. Money should of been deposited on the 15th, and nothing.
@Adamg12 this really sucks, and we are basically stuck because it's not like we can update our deposit info through the irs portal if they already sent it. If you get any information just keep me updated please!
Yes, you will receive your Stimulus Payment on your TurboTax Debit Card. It may take a day or two for it to show up on your card.
f you have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, there is nothing more you need to do. You will be able to immediately use the stimulus funds upon deposit. You can sign in to your account to check your balance here: TurboTax Debit Card Login
I receive my refund direct deposit every year from the IRS. This year I had fees taken out and now my stimulus check is showing it went into the TurboTax holding account to deduct my fees. How will the money be transferred to my bank account? It says it was deposited yesterday.
For more information please go to the Santa Barbara TPG CARES Act Update website.
@ReginaM I still don't have anything !
Same here. Nada.
I wonder if they are holding it to make some extra money. I had the same issue. There have been several articles stating that 21 million customers of TurboTax, HR Block and some others will experience a delay. I am asking for a refund of the what I paid.
They said if you have fees taken out of your refund then they send it to another account and hold it, but I pay for my tax fees up front so it don't come out my refund, so I know that's a lie ! I really want to know where our money is at !!!

Then that is not the cause - there must be another reason that only the IRS could help with but the IRS is not taking phone calls at this time.
As of today 04/20/2020, I still have no money !
Same here. Additionally, I have closed my intuit account, so I am not sure why the money is even being sent to it. I’m not sure what to do, as the IRS said my payment was scheduled for the 15th. No matter what I do, I can’t get to a real person when I contact support. It’s as though they are purposefully making sure nobody can contact a person right now.
I have done everything it seems everyone has here as far as i already received my 2019 tax return already it was direct deposited to my debit card green dot account. I had a fee taken out from turbo tax and they deducted it from my account however when i look at my account it shows not deduction or incoming credit from Santa Barbara bank as i did not do any advance so why would it go to another temp account ????
Especially when on on the 1040 form that was e filed to the IRS so says Turbo Tax. Why has no one from Turbo Tax explained this situation and contacted IRS??
When i go to the IRS Stimulus Portal it states" You are eligible but we do not have you bank account info" then i click enter bank info and it comes up with error " Technical Difficulties" since the site started.
IRS should have my 1040 form as others with our banking info.
What is the deal Turbo Tax cant you work with the IRS to fix this issue?
I saw on a CNN article how TurboTax said the IRS has the appropriate banking information for all of its filers and that any of its customers who are eligible for a stimulus payment and had their refund transferred to a debit card will receive their payment without delays or fees......TurboTax definitely lied because there seem to be A LOT OF DELAYS !!!!
