Schedule Tax payment

I efiled my Tax return 3 weeks ago and was accepted.  As I didn't pay up at that time and have scheduled to be deducted from my bank account on 3/29.   So far I haven't seen that IRS has withdrew any from my bank account.  What happened and what should I do as I don't want to get any penalty ?

Since you have entered a date on or before 04/15/2024 to pay the taxes owed you will not be penalized if the IRS actually deducts the payments on a different date then you selected.

Sometimes it takes the IRS up to 10 days after the date selected to pay the taxes owed to actually debit the account.
