Anyone who updated DD info get their Stimulus check yet?

NO I HAVEN'T I updated my DD and for a few days it said it was going to come on my bank account I looked Monday in it said I lt was being mailed on the 24 we're really hoping it's a glitch

That's great you were able to at least speak with an agent! I think we all just need to try to be patient and not listen to the wave of reports on the media. We have to remember unfortunately the media is hear say as well. It sucks being g so in need right now and not being able to get help.

Right because my grandma received her check  yesterday and she on social  security

TT and IRS should have known this isn't something new the same thing happened when George Bush was president and sent out stimulus everyone who filed with TT or HR Block and had fees or advances out of refund all got sent a check the only thing that changed is there portal now to change DD info and it sounds like many are still receiving check anyway so what's the point

I am in a similar situation and can definitely say i will NEVER use turbo tax agian.

I had to do the same thing n they sent me a check on Tuesday

Same with me. I did everything last Friday and it said the same message.  My TT card is in negative because of the service fee.

I will never use Turbo Tax again, or recommend them to anyone. Filed Feb 15th 6 weeks went by finally found out form 8962 was missing. Called IRS & FAXED that and 1095 A. That was another 6 weeks ago. Where's my Payment says cant DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY. PLUS TURBO TAX CHARGING ME $230. When it should of been Free. I made $22,000 last year.

Even if you did file in 2019 once your taxes have been processed you cannot go in and put your DD info in on the Get my Payment.

You are locked out of that option and evidently Turbo Tax didnt provide the direct deposit info that is attached to the card they are sending people for the Stimulus money.

Who knows what happens from here!!!!!

On the irs portal after I updated my info it told me that it was go send my check out on the 24th which I have to wait by mail so updating your information is not gunna help they probably have your check in the stack of checks they should be sending out friday

Same here, I been checking everyday to see if the status given to me changes but nothing...
