Anyone who updated DD info get their Stimulus check yet?

I also have Chime bank... Just a regular checking account not a prepaid account.. I use my chime account to update my DD info on the 15th and last weekend it updated saying it would be deposited on April 30. April 29 I got an email from chime saying they had to verify my identity and I had 24 hours to send them copies of our 2019 tax forms and both of our valid government issued IDs. I wrote back within 2 hours and still haven't received a response or my payment. I called today and was informed that anyone who filed a tax return with someone else had to verify both parties information that's on the check and the return and Chime had 48 hours to respond to my email and deposit my check.... Well 48 hours was a 3pm yesterday and I still haven't received a response or had my check deposited yet. I'm really not happy... They literally have had my check for almost 3 days now and are just holding on to my money that I NEED! I will probably be cancelling my account after this!

And yet another Saturday update to the IRS portal and I'm STILL at the screen that says I'm eligible for the payment but no payment date available. I just don't get it. I updated my dd info on Apr 15th the very morning the IRS portal became available. They are holding all of our money hostage meanwhile the elite and well off are sitting back like fat rats enjoying every moment of this. They have truely let us all down. This system is a failure and the IRS should be ashamed of themselves for what they are putting people through. I hope anyone that has gotten their money are thankful and use it wisely. Don't forget about your neighbors that haven't gotten theirs with kids that may be starving. I pray they can somehow get this fixed. Most Americans will have exhausted any money they DO have in less than 3 months. Then what? More red tape? I guess we'll all sit in the dark starving while the suits argue how to fix it. I give up!!!

I received a post say my taxes will be deposit on my card on 5-6-2020 so what that being said is im get my stimulus check

Yes I too get pushed off or denied because I have no student loan or mortgage or credit info to enter.    The IRS also sent me an additional letter saying they owe me money this year.   And i am suppose to be getting a good signicate amount back on my taxes and still can't continue to fix my tax idverify to get my check or my stimulus. And the irs should have my address to mail my stimulus at least seeing how iv filed from this address.so alot of the American people are left in the dark and they don't have a clue.be nice if they had an automated service to fix our problem

@pstew001 check it tomorrow morning after 7am eastern time. I wrote down my info through this whole journey and double checked and Sunday morning was when mine changed, Saturday nights are the big updates from previous week so dont give up hope. I just got mine 2 days ago 😉

Its ridiculous it blocked me from my efile, because I try to put my agi. Which i was putting the correct one from the get go. But since i did it more than 3x it block me. So then it says I had to mail my tax return, and I did. But up to day it still says by mail. They got all my info, I get my stimulus but not my tax refund. It just dont make any sense. I pay and pay and still no where to find my tax refund. Another thing, why do we even pay it is FREE. Is that even refunded. Because it does not give you any option for that.

@ryweinstein88 that's weird, I have never heard of that. Is that just a chime thing? Cuz I have friends that have chime and they didn't have to verify anything. And they filed with h&r block, and I filed with tt. Are you sure that was a legit email?? That sounds off to me

Same, I filed February 1st and it was accepted by the IRS the same day. I'm still waiting for my return to be processed. I haven't received my stimulus either.

I had mine DD to my turbo card account, it deposited just fine, but I had to put in the routing and acct number linked to it on portal

no it said mailed on 5 /1 /20 not received on 5 /1/ 20 you asked this question on 4 /30/ 20 but you should receive it by 5/4/20

I was having the same issues. Go on the IRS website and create an account. Get your AIG from there. For whatever reason my numbers were different on the 1040 verses the site.

@Clementine78   thanks for the words of encouragement. It's a little depressing to see all my family and friends get it, even a few who really don't need it or deserve get it before me. I'm retired Army of 21 years and worked hard all my life and always paid my taxes on time. I'm just a little hurt by all this and it's truely disheartening. God bless

Did you have the tuturbotax card or a bank account.i have turbotax card still nothing.i received my refund in March.i tried to look up my payment on the IRS site it said I qualify for stimulus check but they didnt have my bank information..I tried putting the direct deposit from the turbotax account and they said it was a wrong information.So now idk what to do because I don't have a bank account.
