State tax not being refunded for military

To clarify your statement, which state and what kind of military income, W-2 or pension?

Pennsylvania, I get tax every year and at the end of the year I get a refund.. PA does not tax military. Turbo tax is saying I get zero back this year, but I clearly see in the destructions that i get over 1300 because I was taxed that from the state.  I'm not sure  what to click to fix this.

Please clarify what your military status is (Active/retired) and what is your military income source (W2/1099R).  Also, if active duty military, what is your home of record/resident state?   This will help get you some specific guidance for your situation.
