Thank you for your service. Yes, you enter your Military Pay in your Federal Return.
Be sure you indicated in the MY INFO section that you are in the Military.
If you received a W-2, you can type 'w2' in the Search area, then click on 'Jump to w2' for your entry.
TurboTax will recognize the Employer ID as Military Pay, and ask questions after you make your W-2 entry.
Remember that you only need to file State Taxes in your Home of Record (and your spouse as well, if married).
