I retired from the Air Force on 1 Jun19. While active duty, my state of residence was TX. But, I moved to MA in Jul 19. Should I list TX or MA as my state of residence?

Since you have retired from the Military and have become a resident of MA, MA is now your state of residence.

Once you have left the military the state where you are living is now your resident state for tax purposes.
