I'm active duty military currently stationed in CA. My wife and I are FL residents. She works as a nurse in CA. Is she exempt from paying CA taxes per MSRRA?

Short answer: yes, her income is exempt from CA taxes -  as long as you’re in CA on PCS orders, you’re legally married, you live together, and your SLR is not CA.
