If you are a resident of Pennsylvania and earned military pay while working there, then your military pay is taxable in Pennsylvania. If you are non-resident, but working there your military pay is not taxable. I suggest you review your status as resident/non-resident of Pennsylvania and where you were working to determine if your income is taxable.

You need to register as a "non resident" then about two clicks later under compensation it asks for employer confirmation and the "DFAS" name is there. Click on the three dots, click the edit button when the box pops up, then click "entire income not taxable" save and continue through the prompts.
