Forgot 1099K 2020 return

I'm active Navy stationed in VA but a FL resident. I completely forgot about my 1099K for paypal just looked it has over $700 for 2021 in 1a for gross amount. Do i need to ammend my taxes. I'm concerned I need to add it.

If you did not already enter this amount on the Sch C when you filed  then you must amend the return AFTER the IRS had fully processed the original return.

I looked at VA website. It says amounts on 1099k excluded from gross income if selling items at personal loss. Im not sure but that does that mean I would still need to submit a 1099K
