CA State 540 NR

I have home and business product. In the CA State it doesn't allow a FPO/AP address for the W2. The software does not drive to a 540 NR and says I owe the state money. It should show zero tax due to CA. Any ideas?

Please clarify - are you a resident of CA? If not, why do you have the CA tax program in your TurboTax file?
