I am an Ohio resident who is active duty military station outside of Ohio, which should entitle me to be reimbursed fully for my state taxes withheld. However, this year TurboTax does not seem to be acknowledging this and is not giving me the full refund. In the past I believe when I got to the state filing section it asked me again if I was active duty and station outside of Ohio. I say yes, and I receive the full amount that I should. However, this year I do not see a section in the Ohio state tax filling that allows me to state that I am active duty stationed outside of Ohio.
Is this a bug in TurboTax this year, or am I overlooking the option to choose this?

Please make sure you checked the active-duty box on the "Do any of these uncommon situations apply to this W-2?" screen after you enter your W-2.
During the state interview, you will say "Yes" to "Military Pay for Ohio Residents Stationed Outside of Ohio" and then should see the "Enter Your Military Pay" screen as the next screen where you can enter the military pay received outside Ohio.
