1099 G City refund, do I enter it here, or on my city return?

Enter in the fedearl section. In TurboTax (TT), enter at:

- Federal Taxes tab 

 - Wages & Income

Scroll down to:

  - Wages and Salaries

       -State & Local tax refunds

You do not enter it on the city return, unless you applied the refund to this year's tax liability.
