The federal return was filed successfully, but I keep encountering an error when trying to file the Minnesota state return electronically:
/ReturnState/ReturnDataState/SchCRP/SchCRPHeader/ManagingAgentNameGrp/PhoneNum - To file electronically, please double-check the Certificate of Rent Paid and make sure you have entered the Managing agent's First and Last Name at the bottom of the Property Owner Smart Worksheet.
I entered all the information from the Certificate of Rent Paid (CRP) correctly. Two days ago, I tried to file about five times. Each time, TurboTax rejected the return almost instantly, and the error notification arrived in my email a few minutes later.
I requested a new CRP from the property owner, entered the updated information, and this time the return went through without an immediate error. I thought everything was fine. However, today we filed my girlfriend's return, and at exactly 11 AM, both state returns (hers and mine, submitted two days ago) were rejected simultaneously with the same error. Her federal return was accepted without any issues.
Has anyone experienced a similar problem? I suspect this might be a bug in TurboTax software.

Definitely experiencing the same thing. My state has been rejected 3 times due to CRP. Wondering if it is on turbo's end. Not sure if I should try again or just mail it in.
Update: Problem Solved
I was able to successfully file my 2024 Minnesota Personal return after making the following changes:
In the form where you enter information from the CRP, I selected "No" for both questions under Rent Details (shown in the screenshot №1). Previously, I had left these unchecked.
In the Property Owner Smart Worksheet, I filled in the managing agent's first and last name, even though the field is marked as optional(shown in the screenshot №2).
After making these adjustments, I resubmitted my return, and it was accepted the same day.
